If this is your first time in here you may want to just sit back and observe for a while in order to get comfortable. Don't worry if we seem to be very close (we are) but that doesn't mean you are not welcome.

1. A careful agent never reveals their true identity.

Asking for a/s/l's are not allowed. It is against federal law for those under 13 years of age to give out personal information over the web. Therefore, nobody will be allowed to give out ,or ask for, info such as real name, phone number, address, location, etc.

2. A good agent knows what to say.

People of all ages are invited to chat here. For that reason the language should be kept appropriate. This means no swearing, insults, harassment, etc....

3. Agents should accept their status

Do not beg to be a channel operator (op). Doing so will only make me realize that you do not deserve to be one. I will give ops to those agents who demonstrate they deserve them.

4. Don't give yourself away

Don't flood the chat, this will surely give away your location. Flooding is repeating the same thing over and over again. It's annoying to others and considered rude. Such as saying....

5. No double agents

No cloning allowed. This means coming into the room as two different people at the same time. In other words, using two nicks while you are chatting.

6. No illegal activity

No distributing illegal tapes, bootlegs, or other activities prohibited by law. Lawsuits are no fun at all.

7. Learn the code

Wondering what those weird symbols and words are? Just think of it as a little code agents use to communicate.

Don't worry if you don't know them all, you'll catch on.

8. Those extra little hints

The use of bold, italicized, outlined, etc....or colors are not allowed. Only the default text is allowed. The other styles can be hard to follow and annoying to read. This also includes caps, they are considered shouting. All in all just use common sense and your mission will be a happy and successful one

If you choose not to follow the rules you will be warned. If the infractions continue, then you will be kicked from the room. Further incidents may lead to banishment. If you feel that you have been banned from the room for an unfair reason, or no reason at all; or if you have a question e-mail the webmistress. I will try to answer all questions, though I may not always know what goes on in the chat. Try to provide as much info as you can when you contact me. This will aide me in resolving the conflict.
